I. INTRODUCTION

If you’re unhappy with your treatment, service or product, please let us know. We’d like this to be within 90 days of reason or fault.

Generally, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on treatment or services rendered, unless there was negligence.

II. REFUNDS ON PACKAGES / SERIES OF APPOINTMENTS WHERE THERE WAS A BULK DISCOUNT

  • Where a patient has had (received) a non-negligent treatment a refund cannot be given.
  • Package / series person to person is not allowed for chiropractic care, acupuncture, infrasound or cold laser packages unless stated by management at point of sale.
  • For early plan exits, the original discount will become void. The patient will be discounted at the current pay-as-you-go value. This will be determined by the summation of a single treatment cost (defined at date of purchase) until it matches amount / frequency of treatments received/given. This will be the case unless a lesser package can be given.
  • The amount charged can and will at no point exceed the original value of the treatment plan (package / series).

III. REFUNDS ON PACKAGES / SERIES OF APPOINTMENTS BROUGHT THROUGH MONTHLY RE-PAYMENT PLAN

As part of our quick results pledge and fairness policy we allow patients to get a refund on the on parts of packages not used, if your practitioner defines you case as fully resolved, you are called away or any reasonable life event that means care cannot continue. However in re-payments plans patients are often having treatment on retainer. This means they have not paid for treatments received/given at the pay-as-you-go rate. Once this obligation has been met monthly re-payments will stop.
